Main Squads – Land Training
Wednesdays – 17:45pm-18:45pm @ the Manor Health Club (Dance Studio)
Please ensure you bring enough drink for this session, and for the pool session afterwards.
Bring a snack like a banana or breakfast bar to eat afterwards before the pool session.
Clothing should be loose fitting i.e. tshirt and jogging bottoms or shorts with appropriate footwear i.e trainers that are non marking. If you have a roll mat you can bring your own, as there are only a limited amount in the Studio.
There is no additional cost to attend this training session!
