Club Colour Gala

Entry forms are now being handed out by the coaching team for this years Club Colour Gala.

Swimmers must complete an entry form in order to participate. Swimmers are not able to participate if an entry form is not completed, and handed in. 

General Info:

• The Colour Gala will involve all main pool swimmers.
• Swimmers from all squads are mixed together to create six different teams.
• Each team will have a dedicated team captain.
• Swimmers will participate in a range of preselected individual and relay events.
• Points will be given to teams based on their position in each event. 6 points are awarded for a 1^st place finish, 5 Points for a 2^nd place finish, 4 for 3^rd place, 3 for 4^thplace, 2 for 5^th place and 1 for 6^th place.
• The team with the highest points overall will win the Gala.
• We highly encourage all swimmers to enter this event as it is an ideal opportunity to bond with fellow team members and participate in a wide variety of races / events.

Once entered if a swimmer is then unable to participate, then please notify a member of the coaching team as swimmers will be placed in a team and allocated races. The swimmer will then need to be removed from the team and races if they can no longer participate, and other swimmers will need to be placed in the race instead. If we aren’t notified then this will have to be done on the day which we would like to avoid having to do.

The entry fee for spectators is £1.50. Programmes are provided.

A Cake Sale may take place on the day – pending confirmation.
